- Payment must be received in full (or, for approved trade accounts, on agreed credit terms) before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We use third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
5. Orders & Cancellation
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
- We may cancel or refuse any order at any time prior to dispatch, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Risk
- Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Title to goods passes to you once payment is received in full. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided by you, except where the ACL provides otherwise.
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.
7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Trade Accounts
Customers approved for a trade account agree to the additional trade account terms set out in our Store Policy, including as to pricing confidentiality, payment/credit terms, and account suspension or termination for breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- our liability for any breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of doing so;
- we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of use, or vehicle downtime) arising from your use of our products or website; and
- our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
